We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer free returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: All courses have a 7 day no questions asked money back guarantee. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase only. Pro memberships are not refundable.

Return Process

To return an item, visit https://lytboxacademy.com/contact with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
To protect our content and ensure the integrity of our refund policy, we reserve the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:

  1. Repeat Refund Requests: If a customer has previously received a refund for any course or bundle purchase, subsequent refund requests may require additional verification and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Limited Engagement: If there is evidence of limited or no engagement with the course material, especially in cases where multiple refund requests have been made, we may require the customer to provide a detailed explanation of their concerns or schedule a brief call to discuss the issue before a refund is granted.

  3. Suspicious Activity: If we detect any suspicious activity, such as the use of non-existent email domains, lack of participation in our community, or other behavior that suggests a potential violation of our terms, we may deny the refund request or require additional verification, such as a video call, before processing the refund.

Bonuses and Promotions
If a refund is granted for a purchase that included any bonuses, free courses, or other promotional items, access to these additional items will be revoked as part of the refund process.

Final Decision
Our team’s decision on any refund request is final. We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent refund policy while protecting the integrity of our courses and community.
