My Story
I spent nearly a decade on Skid Row. That part of my life shaped everything. I was fortunate enough to get a second chance, find stability, and step back into a normal job. But something never sat right. I didn’t want to just survive. I wanted freedom. Control over my time. Ownership over my life. That search is what led me to web design. With $600 to my name and my first laptop that I didn't know how to use, I moved to Asia. No safety net. No plan B. Just obsession to learn web design and development.
I freelanced hard, 60-80 hour weeks 7 days a week. I was broke, eating noodles, but super excited every day. I learned fast. I got clients. I raised my prices. Then I built my first agency without knowing how to actually run a business, and it failed disastrously. It was so bad I almost walked away from web design to go back to my old job. Instead of quitting, I took a step back. I studied why I failed. I invested in business coaches, communities, group programs, and one on one mentorships. I stopped treating web design like a hustle and started treating it like a real business. That’s when everything changed.
With the right systems, structure, and mindset, I rebuilt from the ground up. Over time, I created a healthy six-figure income from my web design business. I worked fewer hours, made better money, and finally had the freedom I was chasing from the beginning. Not get rich quick money. Real freedom. A healthier life. Is this a course?
This is a complete system with training. While it includes video lessons, it is not a traditional course where you build everything from scratch. You get ready to implement systems, templates, and frameworks, with guided lessons at each step showing you exactly how to apply them throughout the entire web design business and client process.
What tools and formats are the templates built for?
The templates are primarily built using Figma, Notion, n8n, Ottokit, and Bit Flows.
Design assets like proposals and capability decks are provided as Figma files and slides and work with the free version of Figma. No design skills are required. You’ll only update text, colors, and a few simple elements.
Business systems like CRM, project management, onboarding, and SOPs are delivered as Notion templates. While these systems can be recreated in tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Monday, Notion is strongly recommended because it works best for running a web design business.
Automation and AI workflows are provided using n8n, with optional compatibility for Ottokit and BitFlows.
